WRITING FRIENDS

Under the auspices of the Writers Foundation of Strathcona County this group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday morning of each month at 10:00 am. Location SEPTEMBER - Cafe Haven, Sherwood Park. The Writing Friends' Meetings will continue through the summer.

Please do not bring outside food or drink - we would appreciate if you patronize the locations we meet in so our members are not taking up tables without making a purchase from local businesses.

The planned format will be to meet, have a writing prompt or mini-workshop exercise to start us off. Then for the rest of the time we will write - something new, something previously started but not yet complete, something old that we want to revamp. It will be companionably quiet.
