The WFSC is registered as a society in the province of Alberta and ss per its bylaws must host an annual general meeting within 120 days of its year-end (July 31st). The purpose of the AGM is to elect directors and officers, report on the financial standing of the organization, and update members on current, future, and ongoing projects. All members in good standing are welcome to attend. RSVP necessary to received the ZOOM link the day of the meeting.
